Pilates On Fifth
Can pilates help my sway back problem?
I’ve had a very sway back my whole life which makes my bum and belly stick out a lot and was wondering if doing pilates will benefit my posture. My sway back has given me problems my whole life and I would like to over come them. I have lower back pain off and on. I was diagnosed with scoliosis in the fifth grade but a year later when i went back, the doctor said it was gone. My posture is also very poor. At school, I find myself slouching constantly. If I work out my back will this help my posture greatly? I try to correct it when I notice.
